The 4 of us headed to La Crosse, WI today for Sophi's allergy appointment. After a successful (and long) appointment with Dr. Thompson (Sophi's showing some of her battle wounds), we headed to our hotel for LOTS of swimming time!

Once they had successfully tired out Dad, we all spent some time relaxing in the hot tub.
Before we headed out to dinner, Sophi practiced her underwater handstands (she is getting so good at them).
What a great afternoon at the pool - - - followed by a great nights sleep!
